Technical Support- Will Burnett

"The Technical Support team is your first point of contact for all technical issues. Our primary role is responding to and resolving issues and cases you might raise, but we also cover maintenance of the services Polestar provides along with pre-sales support when required.

The Support team is trained in all the latest technologies and we have decades of collective experience between us.

In addition to providing support as a member of our team, I am responsible for assigning, reassigning, and escalating cases where appropriate."
